Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Please note that shipping charges are figured at the time of shipping.  Due to the wide number of possible sizes it is impossible to accurately figure shipping costs ahead of time.  We can only give you a guesstimate.  Rest assured that we only charge what the shipping costs actually are.   

No orders will be shipped until payment is made and fully cleared. All shipments are sent fully insured for value. Shipping charges which are based on weight and your zip code will be added to the purchase price as soon as determined and prior to shipping.  You may receive a separate invoice for shipping. Since custom stained glass varies so much in size and weight it is not possible to determine this at the time of ordering. 

 

Damaged Items: Items damaged during shipment will be replaced or repaired at the discretion and determination of the shipping company. Make sure to inspect your order at the time of delivery and do not sign for it until you have done so. 

 

In the event a panel is damaged it is imperative you retain all packaging and boxing material. You may be asked to provide photos of the broken panel, packaging material and the exterior of the box.

You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready to be shipped along with any shipping fees.  The balance and shipping fees must be paid prior to release of shipment.

 

 

Since our projects are custom-made to order they are not returnable/refundable unless damaged in transit.  If the item has been damaged then we should be notified and a claim filed.  Please retain all boxing and packing materials as Fedex may need to inspect them.  Do not accept any shipment should the box be damaged in any way.  The shipper may require the item to be returned for repair or replacement.
