For your shopping convenience, we utilize an easy-to-use shopping   system by Paypal  to handle your order.   Please glass your color preferences from web page    or send your preferences E-mail.   Our Paypal address is:   phansen719@aol.com

Colors

If color is not specified on your order you will receive whatever color we have on hand at the time.

Custom Patterns

There is a $30-$75 charge for each custom pattern which will be refunded (or credited) when the actual order is received. Credit will be issued only for the number of items ordered.  Smaller simple patterns run $30, medium patterns $40, and large patterns $50, extra large patterns  $75.   If you so desire we can change elements of a design. We also work with photographs of pets.   Please submit several photos of your pet in poses you like..

For Custom Order Processing

I will send you a Paypal invoice for custom designs.   You will receive 2  invoices one for the upfront design fee, the second when the item is ready to ship.   The design fee will be deducted from your final invoice.   It is sometimes necessary to send a third invoice for shipping especially when large items have to be crated.

Order Processing

Order processing, creation and shipping of an order may take approximately 2 weeks.

Shipping

No orders will be shipped until payment is made and fully cleared. All shipments are sent fully
insured for value. Shipping charges which are based on weight and your zip code will be added to the purchase price as soon as determined and prior to shipping.   Items damaged during shipment will be replaced or repaired at the discretion and determination of the shipping company. Make sure to inspect your order at the time of delivery and do not sign for it until you have done so.

SHIPPERS WILL NOT DELIVER TO PO BOXES.

You will be notified by e-mail when your order is ready to be shipped.

Returns

Since many windows and cabinets are considered custom work they are not returnable unless damaged in shipping   If the item has been damaged in transit then the shipper should be notified and a claim filed.  The shipper may require the item to be returned for repair or replacement.

Privacy

None of your information that we  received will ever be shared with anyone else!   I guarantee it!
